Talia Meeting, 20 June 2007

Agenda:

  • Daniel: Report ESWC07
  • Daniel/Michele B.: Report Bergen workshop
  • Michele N.: Report Authentication/Authorization/OpenId
  • Luca G.: Report storage backend

Important these may be more urgent than discussiong RDF

  • At this point we need to define some (hopefully enough detailed) use cases for the backend
  • It is totally unclear how the sources will be used remotely (cross federation nodes) specially
    • How will they be searched
    • How will they be linked
    • How the IDs will be organized? (will we have centralized resover?)
  • Will we need to store the remote ids locally (e.g. to build the relations between local and remote objects?)
  • Refresher on RDF and ActiveRDF
  • Discussion on RDF store usage
  • Work structure, future meetings etc.

To have a more effective meeting it would be nice to reduce the length of the reports and make more space for the issues above

Results
