How do I report a problem with Talia?
To report a problem with Talia, click on the "Report a problem" link on the front page. You will have to log in to the system if you haven't done so yet.
In the form that follows, please fill the "Short Summary" and the "Full Description" fields with the description of your problem. You don't touch any of the other buttons on the form.
If you're done, click the "Submit Ticket" button. You will be taken to your newly created ticket.
Note: If you are from a partner organisation, you can also just email your developer with the problem.
What information do you need?
To allow us to find the problem quickly, your report should include the following:
- What were you doing when the problem happened? (e.g. "I tried to look at the page")
- What happened? (e.g. "I saw the error message XXX")
- What did you expect to happend? (e.g. "The page should show the Facsimile")
- If possible, please include the URL of the page where the problem occurred.
Can I change my description?
Normal users can't modify the tickets, but you can add additional information. When you're viewing the ticket, you will be able to type into the "Comment" field. When you click "Submit Changes", your new comment will be added to the ticket. You can make as many comments as you want.
