1. Try to sketch out a visual model of what we have discussed these days (especially at "storage" level).
2. Clearly Identify things to be researched and assign a research task to each of us.
3. Define the format fo the "research output" (slides? report? page on the wiki?) and timing.
4. Research on DL standards that Talia MUST be compliant with.
5. Plan a longer (one week?) meeting for this summer in a nice location where we can work all day long without interruption. I (michele) can try to find the budget for it.
6. Make a list of inconsistencies in the model (like this one) and submit the list to other workpackage leaders to see what the have to say about it.
7. Ask the content workgroup to prioritize the list of source types.
8. Take a picture of us :-)
9. Make a *big* list of usecases related to inter-node searching and querying.
10. Do research on identity management inside the federation and interoperability with external applications and Identity management systems. OpenId?, LIDS, FOAF, etc.
